Collectively, we are licensed to work in over 10 states throughout the Southeastern United States and specialize in commercial roofing, canopy & awning installation and storefront glass framing & installation.

Our History
Our first company was founded in 1989. Since then, our geographical footprint, breadth of services, and annual revenues have consistently increased.
Triad Roofing was established in Winston-Salem, NC.
Allied Roofing was established in Kernersville, NC.
Triangle Roofing was established in Durham, NC.
CCR Roofing was established in Conway, SC.
CityScape Roofing was established in Claremont, NC.
Allied Equipment Company was formed to manage the growing equipment needs of the Member Companies.
The Bulldog Group was formed with offices in downtown Winston-Salem at the Winston Tower.
The Bulldog Group created a shared services center for many back-end operations.
CSC Awnings, located in Winston Salem, NC, joined the Bulldog Group.
Applied Roofing was established in Reidsville, NC.
Envision Glass was established in Winston-Salem, NC.
Reliance Roofing was established in Manassas, VA.
The Bulldog Group implemented both an equity & incentive and a succession program to enable seamless transitions through future ownership cycles.
The Bulldog Group moves into new corporate office in Kernersville, NC.

National and State Associations
We are active members of NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) and have had multiple employees in leadership positions within CRSMCA (Carolinas Roofing & Sheet Metal Association) with the goal of helping to advocate for and further the roofing industry in the Carolinas.
Charitable Events
Many of our companies and associates support numerous worthy causes such as The Special Olympics, Goodwill Industries, Red Cross, & Salvation Army. We also contribute to the Roofing Alliance Melvin Kruger Scholarship.
We NEVER COMPROMISE SAFETY
Safety is the top priority of our company. Members of The Bulldog Group extensively train all of their associates in safe work practices. This training includes but is not limited to weekly safety toolbox talks, pre-employment and industry-specific safety training, OSHA certifications, 16-hour fall protection training, first aid and CPR training. Should a serious safety hazard be identified, ALL of our associates have stop work authority.
From day one, we invest heavily in the safety of our associates by providing the highest quality PPE.
Due to our intense focus on safety, the members of Bulldog Group all share an excellent experience modification rating (EMR) and we are 75% below the industry average for accidents and illnesses. We are proud to say that we have one of the lowest EMRs in the country.
